For over 17 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of Human Resources. From global corporations to mom-and-pop shops, I’ve had the privilege of supporting workplaces of all shapes and sizes. From celebrating my 10th anniversary in Glasgow—where my great-grandmother once played in the parks—to carrying forward values of strength, resilience, and deep-rooted connection.
The thistle, Scotland’s national flower, symbolizes quiet strength, protection, and growth. To me, it perfectly captures the spirit of what great HR should be—supportive, strategic, and rooted in care.
